It generally takes 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We send your tracking number once we have shipped your package.

At present, we ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. If your address is in the continental U.S., it takes about 2 to 5 business days to receive your package depending on where you are located.

All sales are final on the DVD purchases with the exception of a rare instance in which a DVD is defective or unplayable. In that instance, please inform us of the problem. We will either instruct you on how to return the defective DVD(s) for a replacement or simply replace the defective DVD(s) all at our expense.

Yes, we ship internationally. We ship via USPS First Class International. Please use the alternative International Payment Button for orders outside the U.S.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations. Shipping cost varies depending on how far you live from the United States and how much your package weighs. That being said, international shipping cost are quite low.
